Membership Freeze Policy:
Freezing a membership is the equivalent to setting your membership to “hold” status. This works great if you’re leaving town for an extended amount of time or if life gets in the way of working out but you plan to return. Under a freeze your next membership billing cycle will be replaced with a monthly $15 charge. When you want to return, simply fill out the “unfreeze” form, and your existing membership rate will be reinstated, with no enrollment fee or price increases.
For joint or family memberships, please note that each members will have to complete this form to have their membership frozen.
Freeze Requests are processed on Friday and are based on the date of submission.
